To use, apply Moorland Scatter Flock on top of undiluted PVA glue and remove any excess. For a more organic appearance, apply over a layer of texture paste.
This versatile Moorland Scatter flock pairs well with Dirt Texture Paste and Burnt Grass Tufts.
